A ref is not eligible to take your shift if they are...

in the same - or younger - grade than the teams in the game.
- e.g. - don't ask a 7th grade ref to take your 7/8 grade game
If you need coverage for your on-field official (not line judge) shift, be sure that:
- a) you find a ref with >1 season of experience to take your on-field official shift
